This is a topper. Could have been an ATC, but it was too big at about 3½" square. With some magnets on the back, it would also look acceptable on a fridge!
The background stamp is Reverse Sheet Music from Impression Obsession, ref: E4110. I'm afraid I don't know off the top of my head what the stamp is on the top layer, but if I find it, I'll let you know. I know you can find music stamps very easily, and I recently bought a wavy-shape music die that looks a bit like this. The back layer is, of course, one of my favourite favourites, feathered mulberry paper.
