Birthday card

Birthday card for a friend. Sorry, it's from a while ago and I don't recall the details, much, but I do recognise an Inkadinkado flourish and Stempelglede Grunge Collection stamps in the background, a fairly common bird stamp, and the 'Woman of Spirit' heart stamp. The script paper is from Papermania, and the harlequin stamp is Fontwerks. I've also used a rose stamp on a journaling label, a fern stamp and some added embellishments. The 'Happy' on the Birthday greeting is handwritten in pencil.

 This was made for a friend who was going through some major struggles, and meeting them head on. If I ever find the stamps again in my moving boxes (or on the blog), I'll let you know what I used!

Birthday Card for a Delicious person..

.. Paperlicious Delicious, that is! *lol* This was my birthday card for my lovely pal, Lesley.

It uses Papermania DP, Nesties label die, and about nine different rubberstamps! If there are any you'd like to know about, please do ask.

I also made a giftbox and a charm for whatever Lesley wanted to hang it from ~ a dingle-dangle for her dongle ~ but I forgot to take photos, so you'll have to visit Lesley's blog HERE (which I would definitely encourage, anyway), as she DID take pics! :o)

Woman of Spirit, believe...

This card was based on Kazan's beautiful sketch #3 on the 2sketches4you challenge blog. I really enjoyed making this one! It's soooo flamboyant and girlie, but also has in mind the number of women I have come across lately with tragic stories to tell, but stories usually of great courage, and it is my message to all of them.. that my thoughts are with you, Woman of Spirit.. Believe.
