Made years ago for a male colleague to give to his wife. I forgot to take a photo before putting it in the cardbag. D'uhh! The sentiments were printed directly onto the card first, then I used a Fiskars Shapecutter template to trace around the heart shape with a red pen, added some pretty green skeleton leaves, curled some gold (brass) wire, added some beaded paper rosebuds and some pearl spray strands, secured everything underneath a ribbon carnation.
