Two hearts in slightly different shades.. pink and coral.. scratched and distressed around the edges, mounted on an equally distressed piece of Basic Grey paper that has been stamped over and over with a Wedding Invitation stamp in a co-ordinating ink.. first, second and third generation, and overlapping. The rosebud and bow complete the look.
TIPS: I always snip the tip off the end of the rosebud stalks for neatness, and often slide a clear bead up and glue it in place close under the head. I will also tease out the paper calyx 'leaves', as they are often closely glued to the flower, and will squash the head a bit, so it sits closer to the card.
