Mottled lavender cardstock for the cardblank (UK A5 size), torn stripey paper across, a few different stamps, but the only one I remember is the Hero Arts 'Thank You' circle.. sorry! I will add the info when I find the stamps as I clear out my spare room! Here's where I'm at right now:
